THE CHALLENGE

Before this feature, internal teams had to manually publish pages at specific times, creating inefficiencies and coordination headaches. The challenge was to design a simple, flexible scheduling tool that balanced complex back-end logic with a clean, intuitive interface for non-technical users.

I produced user flows, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs, ensuring clear visibility of scheduling states, time zone accuracy, and error prevention.

Delivering a feature that solved a real operational pain point was incredibly rewarding. It deepened my understanding of how internal tooling directly impacts large-scale workflows, and how thoughtful UX decisions can save time and reduce stress for hundreds of users behind the scenes.
