Objective: To synthesize user research insights into design solutions for brand new discovery page.
Process I took.
I started with both user interviews and competitor analysis research, to understand what people were really looking for when browsing by location. From there, I sketched new journeys, built out interactive components, and A/B tested layouts that made event browsing feel smoother and more intuitive. My approach was very people-first, always focusing on how someone would naturally explore events in a city.

Result: A responsive city-based discovery MVP!
The page aims to boost fan engagement and enhance event discoverability across the board. The product will help shape a more strategic, enjoyable browsing experience on the platform for fans.
Challenge.
Getting global target audience/users to agree on a unified discovery model was a challenge. Therefore, I made sure to focus on turning our research insights into compelling design stories that got everyone excited and aligned.
